The mission of Solis Library is to support our researched based curriculum by providing quality instruction, equitable access to digital and print resources, and family literacy programs to all patrons.
The first working Rubiks Cube was created in 1974 by Erno Rubik, a Hungarian architect. He called it the "magic cube". The Rubik's Cube is still popular today. To learn more about its parts click on the cube picture below.

A.P. Solis is the two time winner of the Battle of the Books. If you are interested in helping us win again in January 2020 please come by the library and check out one of the six titles. For more information on the fun books we will be reading by clicking HERE!
Teams compete to see who will end up with the most Accelerated Reader points at the end of each period. The competition is tough because we have so many great students at Solis. Here are the results so far.

Winner: V. Gomez 2nd period 460 pts
2nd: Peralez 2nd period 141 pts
3rd: V. Gomez 8th period 87 pts
Make sure to read and test. This year we will be rewarding students who have 10 points or more on a 6 weeks basis. Everyone should be able to log in and test.
